In addition to taking part in the Boston Pride Parade on Saturday, June 8, 2019, MAPS celebrated Pride Month by launching a nationwide media campaign focused on HIV/ STI Prevention.

The campaign, which includes TV, Radio, Print and Social Media advertisements, is featured on Globo Internacional and RTP Internacional, local Portuguese-language newspapers Brazilian Times, Portuguese Times, O Jornal and Brazilian Magazine, local Cabo Verdean TV and Radio Programs Cabo Video, radio station WJFD and the Brazilian-American blog Mundo Yes.
