The Massachusetts Alliance of Portuguese Speakers (MAPS) recently launched a media campaign to raise community awareness about domestic and sexual violence and promote its Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Program. The linguistically and culturally appropriate program offers free and confidential support to victims and survivors.

The project was supported by the Massachusetts Office for Victim Assistance through a Victims of Crime Act of 1984 (VOCA) grant from the Office for Victims of Crime, Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice.
